After seeing a picture of an “I Believe in Sherlock” poster in front of the Coliseum in Rome, I thought it would be wonderful if all of us around the world showed our devotion by taking a similar picture with one of the landmarks from the city where you come from.

I live in Ottawa, Canada so I took a picture in front of Parliament.

It would be great if everyone can get involved in this and then we can send our compilation of pictures to the Sherlock crew! Please don’t put yourselves in the picture because it’s more a fandom thing than anything else. Please reblog this and add your pictures. I’d be willing to do the photo compilation and print them out when we have enough to send over. Email me your picture at waterlou25@hotmail.com with “Believe in Sherlock (insert city name)” as the title.

Yesterday’s mission was a success! I, bigbookofeverything, tylgrey, and a faction of our college’s Doctor Who Club put up Believe in Sherlock and Moriarty was Real posters around campus, but this was our main focus. This is Pearlstone Atrium, home to the post office, mailboxes, bookstore, gatherings, and a dining hall. Almost every student goes through or past here. So we decided to plaster every available surface we could (along with the innocent white board below) with Believe in Sherlock Posters. Because the message must get out.

Ok so it might be clear here but it bordered on stupidity for me to place this on the pillar facing the main entrance of the student Union. I am insane and very stupid but we didnt get caught.

it took us maybe an hour or so to run around and do all of this and it was awesome

i did yell Vatican Cameos at least once
